ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The Genesis Series Shipping Device is an active temperature maintenance system which will cool or heat the chamber to maintain the preset condition desired. The devices are designed to control temperatures in the 4°C to 40°C range with precision accuracy.  The duration of thermal integrity varies with the ambient heat load and the user set point temperature. With the standard battery pack arrangement, the Genesis Shipping Device set at 5° C run for 72 to 100 hours at an ambient room temperature of 20° to 25° C. Genesis Shippers set at 38.5° C run for 120 to 150 hours at an ambient room temperature .

REPRODUCTIVE MATERIAL DELIVERED WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Biologic samples such as oocytes, embryos, semen, ovaries, tissue samples, organs, stem-cells and pharmaceuticals are temperature and time sensitive. Genesis Shipper provides a reliable method of transporting these materials with precision temperature control.

BIOLOGICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL SHIPPING ADVANCEMENT

This is a breakthrough for biological and pharmaceutical shipping which has relied on passive cold pack containers or expensive refrigerated freight shipping. Passive systems which require a thermal block being placed in a freezer for hours to be frozen, dry-ice, wet ice or gel packs, can only provide cooling at a rate determined by the weight of the cold-pack and the ambient temperature. The Genesis Shipping Device is an active temperature maintenance system which will cool or heat the chamber to maintain the preset condition desired regardless of fluctuations in the ambient temperature. Samples can be over-night expressed mailed by Fed-Ex or UPS, and Genesis Shipping Units are light weight to reduce shipping costs.

EFFICIENT THERMAL SHIPPING DEVICE

The Engineers at Micro Q have spent the last five years working diligently to make this the most cost effective and energy efficient thermal shipping device. The sample canister is encapsulated in three types of composite insulation to protect the payload. The temperature setting is controlled by a microprocessor which is either held at a steady state or a pre-defined temperature profile determined by the user for longevity of the sample. The electronic monitoring device provides a complete record of the internal temperature and charge status of the unit of during transit. While a data port allows the user to download transit data to certify the condition of the sample and its fitness for use.

INNOVATIVE SHIPPING SOLUTION

Micro Q provides an innovative solution for the reliable shipment of temperature sensitive materials, pharmaceutical and biologic samples. Genesis containers provide precision control at the user defined temperatures longer than any passive-thermal product available. They are cost effective, reusable, and environmentally friendly and deliver strong return on investment.
